Ingredients
For the Salad:
- 6 cups fresh baby spinach
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- ¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced
- ⅓ cup crumbled goat cheese or feta
- ¼ cup toasted pecans, walnuts, or sliced almonds
- Optional: sliced avocado or grilled chicken for added protein
For the Vinaigrette:
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1½ tbsp balsamic vinegar or red wine vinegar

Instructions
