Description

This Air Fryer Tortilla Garlic Bread is a fast and flavorful twist on the classic side dish. Made with flour tortillas, buttery garlic spread, and crisped to golden perfection in minutes, it’s the perfect quick snack, side, or appetizer. Whether you’re serving it with pasta, soup, or your favorite dip, this crispy garlic bread is always a hit—and it’s ready in just 10 minutes!

Ingredients

  • 24 small or medium flour tortillas
  • 3 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced (or ½ teaspoon garlic powder)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried herbs)
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • Olive oil spray (optional, for extra crispiness)

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix together softened butter, garlic, parsley, and salt until well combined.
  2. Spread garlic butter mixture evenly over one side of each tortilla.
  3. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if using.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 2 minutes.
  5. Place tortillas butter-side up in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Work in batches if needed.
  6. Air fry for 4–6 minutes, or until edges are golden and crispy.
  7. Slice into triangles or strips and serve warm.

Notes

  • Add a sprinkle of red pepper flakes or cayenne for heat.
  • For a cheesy version, top with shredded mozzarella before air frying.
  • Use Italian seasoning, rosemary, or thyme for different herb flavors.
  • For a vegan version, use plant-based butter and omit Parmesan.
  • Works great with low-carb or gluten-free tortillas.
