Ingredients

- ¾ cup cottage cheese
- ¼ cup chopped celery
- ¼ cup shredded or sliced carrots
- 1 tablespoon chopped green onions
- 1 tablespoon blue cheese crumbles or ranch dressing (optional)
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix the shredded chicken with buffalo sauce until evenly coated. Warm slightly in the microwave if desired.
- Add cottage cheese to a serving bowl as the base.
- Top with buffalo chicken.
- Add celery, carrots, and green onions.
- Drizzle with ranch or sprinkle blue cheese crumbles, if using.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve immediately.
