Ingredients
- Mozzarella cheese (bite-size cubes or mini balls, preferably low-moisture)

- All-purpose flour
- Eggs (beaten)

- Black pepper
- Dried oregano or Italian seasoning

Instructions
- Prepare a dredging station with three bowls: flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs mixed with Parmesan and seasonings.

- To Fry:
