Ingredients

- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix (1 oz)
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 cup plain breadcrumbs or crushed crackers (use gluten-free if needed)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Olive oil spray or melted butter (for baking)
Instructions
