- 1 can (15 oz) cream-style corn
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened and cubed
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- ¼ cup milk or half-and-half
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Optional toppings/add-ins:
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp chopped green onions
- ¼ tsp paprika
- ½ cup crushed crackers or French-fried onions (for topping)
Instructions
