Ingredients

For the Chicken:

  • Boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
  • Salt and black pepper
  • All-purpose flour
  • Eggs (beaten)
  • Grated Parmesan cheese
  • Panko breadcrumbs
  • Olive oil or butter (for frying)

For the Garlic Sauce:

  • Minced garlic cloves
  • Heavy cream
  • Chicken broth
  • Olive oil or butter
  • Salt and black pepper
  • Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)

 


Instructions

  1. Prep the chicken: Season chicken with salt and pepper. Dredge in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and coat in a Parmesan–panko breadcrumb mixture.
  2. Cook: In a skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil or butter. Cook chicken for 4–5 minutes per side until crispy and cooked through. Set aside.
  3. Make garlic sauce: In the same skillet, add butter if needed and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add heavy cream and chicken broth. Stir and simmer until thickened. Season to taste.
  4. Combine: Return chicken to the skillet. Spoon sauce over the top and simmer for 1–2 minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
