Description

This Easy Cinnamon-Sugar Pizza Made with Crescent Rolls is a quick, cozy dessert that tastes like a giant snickerdoodle in pizza form! With a buttery crescent roll base, sweet cinnamon-sugar topping, and optional vanilla glaze, this easy recipe is ready in under 30 minutes and perfect for movie nights, brunch, or last-minute sweet cravings.

Ingredients

  • For the Base and Topping:
  • 1 tube crescent roll dough (sheet or triangles)
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
  • For the Optional Glaze:
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 12 tbsp milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet or pizza pan with parchment paper.

  2. Roll out crescent dough and press seams together to create a solid rectangle or circle.

  3. In a small bowl, mix cinnamon and sugar. Add vanilla to the melted butter if using.

  4. Brush the dough generously with melted butter. Sprinkle evenly with the cinnamon-sugar mixture.

  5. Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.

  6. Optional: While it bakes, whisk powdered sugar and milk to make a glaze.

  7. Let the pizza cool for a few minutes, then drizzle with glaze if desired.

  8. Slice into 6–8 pieces and serve warm.

Notes

  • Use crescent dough sheets for easier prep—no seam pinching required.
  • Add mini chocolate chips or a layer of cream cheese under the cinnamon-sugar topping.
  • Sprinkle chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts) for crunch.
  • Swap glaze with a drizzle of honey or caramel.
  • Add nutmeg or allspice for fall-inspired flavor.
