Description

Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup plain, full-fat Greek yogurt (unsweetened)
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp psyllium husk powder or egg white powder (optional, for texture)
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar or lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a small loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk eggs until light and frothy.
