Description

Kitty Litter Cake Dessert – This hilarious and realistic kitty litter cake dessert is the ultimate gag treat for parties! Made with crumbled cakes, pudding, cookies, and Tootsie Rolls, it’s gross-looking but absolutely delicious. Perfect for April Fool’s Day, Halloween, or quirky celebrations.

Ingredients

  • 1 box German chocolate cake mix
  • 1 box white cake mix
  • Ingredients needed for cakes (eggs, oil, water)
  • 1 package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 3 cups cold milk
  • 1 package vanilla sandwich cookies (e.g., Golden Oreos)
  • Green food coloring
  • 12 Tootsie Rolls
  • 1 new, unused litter box
  • 1 new, unused litter scoop

Instructions

  1. Bake both cake mixes according to package directions. Let cool completely.

  2. Prepare pudding with cold milk and refrigerate until thickened.

  3. Crush cookies in a food processor until crumbly. Tint a small portion with green food coloring.

  4. Crumble cooled cakes into a large bowl. Add enough pudding to create a moist, scoopable texture.

  5. Spread mixture into a clean litter box.

  6. Sprinkle crushed cookies on top, finishing with the green crumbs.

  7. Microwave Tootsie Rolls until pliable. Shape into “droppings” and place them randomly on top of the cake.

  8. Serve with a clean litter scoop and enjoy the hilarious reactions!

Notes

  • Swap vanilla pudding for chocolate or butterscotch for a richer flavor.

  • Use chocolate cookies for a darker, messier look.

  • For extra shock value, add food-safe decorations like candy worms or fake flies.

  • Best served chilled or at room temperature.

  • Add extra pudding if the mixture dries out over time.
