Description

Honey Cinnamon Roll-Ups are quick, sweet tortilla treats rolled with buttery cinnamon sugar and drizzled with honey. Baked or pan-fried to golden perfection, these easy roll-ups taste like cinnamon rolls without the wait—perfect for breakfast, dessert, or a cozy snack.

Ingredients

  • 68 soft flour tortillas (taco size)
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • Honey, for drizzling

Optional glaze (for dipping):

  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
  • Splash of milk

Instructions

  • Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Mix filling: In a small bowl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon.
  • Assemble: Brush one side of each tortilla with melted butter. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar and lightly drizzle with honey.
  • Roll-up: Roll tortillas tightly and place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake: Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until lightly golden and crisp on the edges.
(Alternatively, pan-fry in a nonstick skillet over medium heat until golden on all sides.)
  • Serve: Drizzle with more honey before serving. For an optional glaze, whisk cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, and milk until smooth for dipping.

Notes

  • Cream cheese filling: Add a layer of cream cheese before the cinnamon sugar for extra richness.
  • Nutty crunch: Sprinkle chopped pecans or walnuts before rolling.
  • Air fryer method: Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 6–8 minutes.
  • Vegan-friendly: Use plant-based butter and agave instead of honey.
  • Spiced variation: Add a pinch of nutmeg or cardamom to the cinnamon mix for extra depth.
