These Melty Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps are filled with juicy chicken, rich garlic butter, and loads of melted cheese, all pan-seared in a golden tortilla. A quick and flavorful meal perfect for lunch, dinner, or meal prep!
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast or thighs (shredded or chopped)
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves (minced)
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1½ cups shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
- Salt and black pepper (to taste)
- 1 tsp parsley or Italian seasoning (optional)
- Dipping sauces: sour cream, ranch, or garlic sauce (optional)
Instructions
- In a skillet, melt butter with olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 30–60 seconds until fragrant.
- Stir in cooked chicken, season with salt, pepper, and herbs. Toss to coat in garlic butter.
- Lay out tortillas and sprinkle half of each with shredded cheese.
- Spoon garlic chicken on top, add more cheese, and fold wraps tightly.
- Heat a bit of oil or butter in a skillet. Place wraps seam-side down and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and melty.
- Slice and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
