Ingredients
- ½ cup cottage cheese
- ¼ cup natural peanut butter or almond butter
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- ¼ cup chocolate or vanilla protein powder
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
- ½ cup oats or almond flour (adjust as needed for texture)
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips (optional)
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Blend cottage cheese in a food processor or blender until smooth.
- Transfer to a bowl and mix in nut butter, cocoa powder, protein powder, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt.
