Description

This Rum Slush is a refreshing frozen cocktail made with citrus juices, lemonade concentrate, and smooth white rum. Perfect for summer parties, beach days, or easy make-ahead entertaining, this icy drink is fruity, boozy, and guaranteed to cool you down with every slushy sip.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups white rum
  • 2 cups orange juice
  • 2 cups pineapple juice
  • 1 can (12 oz) frozen lemonade concentrate
  • 1 can (12 oz) frozen limeade concentrate
  • 2 cups water
  • ¾ to 1 cup sugar (adjust to taste)
  • Optional Garnishes:
  • Maraschino cherries
  • Lime or orange slices
  • Splash of lemon-lime soda (for serving)

Instructions

  1. In a large freezer-safe container, combine lemonade and limeade concentrates, orange juice, pineapple juice, water, sugar, and rum.
  2. Stir until the sugar is fully dissolved.
  3. Cover and freeze for at least 8 hours or overnight, until mixture reaches a slushy consistency.
  4. Scoop into chilled glasses and serve as is or top with lemon-lime soda for a bubbly twist.
  5. Garnish with citrus slices or cherries if desired.
